STEM Ambassadors

We have a team of undergraduate and postgraduate maths students who have been trained as STEM ambassadors to take part in enrichment activities with local schools and colleges. The ambassadors have all been CRB checked and are available to come along to your institution to run maths enrichment activities and talk to students about studying maths at university. We have a range of activities available to our ambassadors, including More Maths Grads in a Box and the Fun Maths Roadshow.  If you would like to find out more please contact Steven Broom (steven.broom@manchester.ac.uk).

Taking Maths Further

We organise several one day "Taking Maths Further" events throughout the year usually for a group of schools for (mainly) year 11 students. The day includes Maths talks, puzzles, a careers talk and information on studying mathematics at university. If you are interested in being involved please email Steven Broom@manchester.ac.uk
